DiscBinder is prepared in the Adobe Acrobat "Searchable Image" PDF format. It's a scanned copy of your completed closing binder, coupled with an invisible, searchable layer of text beneath the scan. You see exact copies of your documents, complete with signatures, corrections and annotations — your computer sees searchable text.

Our state of the art imaging equipment ensures the highest levels of clarity and legibility. A document printed from DiscBinder is as easy to read and work with as the original. Store hundreds of binders on a single shelf or server, printing what you need when you need it.

Because DiscBinder employs standard PDF, it is virtually universal. Although optimized for Windows, DiscBinder files can be viewed, printed and searched on virtually all common platforms, including Linux and Mac.

Search Features

The Binocular icons in the Acrobat Reader interface access powerful search features. All DiscBinders are fully indexed and allow for full-text searches across the entire binder.

You can Find a word within a particular document, or you can Search for a term across the entire volume.

The Circular Icon always brings you back to your Search Results.

The Page and Arrow Icons at the far right jump you to the previous or next highlighted term in your search results.
