Ordering

It’s easy. If this is the first time you’ve worked with us, you might want to give us a quick call first, but the steps below are really all there is to it:

• Mail your binder to us at: Closingbinders.com
• Please, include a cover letter or note which includes your contact and shipping information, and indicates the amount of DiscBinder discs or FlashBinder drives you would like produced.
• We’ll confirm receipt of your binder right away and will be in touch should we have any questions.
• Optionally, you can also send us an email alerting us to the binder being shipped. This email can include logos and graphics you would like incorporated into the packaging of your binders, and/or any electronic files you would like to see included on the binder.
• Please Note: If the documents you would like us to process are all electronic they will most likely be too large to send as an email attachment. Please, feel free to email or call us and we can provide you with a link to our secure file transfer system.
